Cloudesley Association Update: announcement from the Bridge School

Please find below two messages from the Bridge School that Linda Quirk, school governor and resident on Richmond Avenue would like to share with us.

  • Opportunity to sponsor Samantha (PA to the headteacher) who was running the London Marathon!
  • An invitation from Penny, the head teacher to an Intoart Fundraising event in SW4 (11-13th June 2015)

1. Opportunity to sponsor Samantha who was running the London Marathon!

"It’s not too late if you would like to sponsor me, you can do so by clicking the link below:

Phab is a short breaks charity for children and young adults with and without learning disabilities and autism, promoting inclusion and understanding of how we can work together to achieve anything we set our minds to. I believe some of our students have accessed Phab in the past, so it’s a charity close to our hearts!

I did ask if I could run for The Bridge Charity but spaces were full until 2022. We may register for it… any takers?

Many thanks,

Samantha Swainston

Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and Link Support to the Governors"

2. An invitation from Penny, the head teacher to an Intoart Fundraising event:

"Ryan McClelland, our secondary art teacher has asked me to share the event below with you. This is the first annual fundraiser for Intoart. The art displayed has all been produced by people with learning difficulties. Ryan is one of their trustees. All the best, Penny"
